Overdose Field Report Data Tracking

The Overdose Field Report is an anonymous data tracking tool created to gather information about overdose events (fatal and non-fatal) across the state of Missouri. If you or someone you know have witnessed or experienced an overdose, please complete this brief report to provide information about what happened (drugs involved, if 911 was called, if naloxone was used, how it went, etc.). This insight is helpful to us and others who try to better understand overdose trends and identify more opportunities to improve access to naloxone and other life-saving services.
